In short: Tempo Line has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. We collect no personal data. Your progress and settings are stored only on your device.
This policy covers Tempo Line, the browser game, and the mobile app version of it. The game is made and run by Razaki Games (“we”, “us”). The website (razakigames.com) and our other games have their own policies, linked from the website’s privacy page. You can reach us at support@razakigames.com.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. There is no sign-up or login, no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, no social-media plug-ins and no third-party scripts or fonts. We do not set cookies ourselves, and we do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, camera or microphone.
What stays on your device
To remember where you are, the game saves a small file of data in your device’s own storage:
- your settings: volumes, tap sounds, audio offset, graphics quality and the character you chose;
- your progress in each level: best percentage, notes collected, and whether you finished it;
- your note balance and the in-game items you have unlocked.
In a web browser this is the browser’s local storage; in the app it is the app’s own storage. It never leaves your device, because the game does not send it anywhere, and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser’s site data for the game, or uninstalling the app (or clearing its storage), deletes it. Because it is stored per device and per browser, it does not follow you to another phone or browser.
Hosting and server logs
The website and the browser version of the game are hosted by Cloudflare. Like almost every web host, Cloudflare keeps standard request logs when a page or file is requested: for example your IP address, the address requested, the time, and your browser type. Cloudflare uses these to deliver the service, keep it secure and prevent abuse, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. We do not use these logs to identify or follow individual players.
If you email us
If you write to support@razakigames.com, we receive your email address and what you tell us, and we use them only to answer you and to fix problems. Mail to our addresses is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a private inbox. We will delete a conversation if you ask us to.
Children
Tempo Line does not knowingly collect data from children. It has no accounts, chat, ads or tracking, and it collects no personal data from anyone. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, please tell us and we will delete it.
Your rights
We hold no personal data about players, so there is nothing to access or correct. If you have emailed us, you may ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. If you live in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
Changes to this policy
If this ever changes, for example if we add ads, analytics or accounts, we will update this page and its effective date before the change reaches players. The current version is always at razakigames.com/tempo-line/privacy.
