Quick answers

What are the controls?
  • Keyboard: arrow keys or A and D to steer; up arrow or W to accelerate; down arrow or S to brake and reverse; Space or Shift to hop and drift; C to look back; Esc or P to pause. Hold R for a second to get back onto the track.
  • Gamepad: left stick or D-pad to steer; A or the right trigger to accelerate; B or the left trigger to brake; RB or LB to drift; Y to look back; Start to pause.
  • Touch: drag the steering pad on the left to steer; tap Drift and Brake on the right. The kart accelerates by itself.

To drift, hold the drift button as you steer into a corner. The sparks go blue, then orange, then purple. Let go of the button for a mini-turbo.

Can I use a gamepad?

Yes. Connect a controller, then press a button on it so the browser notices it. Use the left stick or D-pad to steer, A or the right trigger to accelerate, B or the left trigger to brake, and RB or LB to drift. In the menus the D-pad or left stick moves, A chooses and B goes back. If nothing happens, try another USB port or reconnect it, and check that the browser tab is the one in front.

How do I play on a phone or tablet? What is auto-accelerate?

Touch controls show up as soon as you touch the screen. Drag the steering pad on the left to steer, and tap Drift or Brake on the right.

With auto-accelerate on, which is the default, your kart drives itself forwards and you only steer, drift and brake. If you would rather control the speed yourself, open Settings and switch it off: a Go button appears. Settings can also move the buttons to the other side if you are left-handed.

It runs slowly or stutters

Open Settings and, under Graphics, set Quality. Auto is the default and lowers the detail by itself if your device needs it. Choose Low to start with less detail. Close other tabs and apps and keep the device charged: battery saver modes slow games down. Razaki Racers is a 3D game, so older phones and computers may struggle.

I would like less movement

Open Settings and switch on Reduce motion. It removes the camera shake and the speed punch when you boost, calms the banners and drops the confetti. The game also follows your device’s own reduced-motion setting.

Which browsers does it work in?

A recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on a computer, phone or tablet. The game needs WebGL 2. If it says it needs WebGL 2, turn on hardware acceleration in your browser’s settings, or try another browser. If it says it could not start, reload the page first.

Is it free?

Yes. Razaki Racers is free to play, with no accounts and no ads.

Will there be online races?

They are planned, but they are not built yet. For now it is you against seven computer racers, in a race or a time trial. If online races arrive, this page and the privacy policy will say what changes before they do.

No sound or music
  • Click or tap in the game once. Browsers only start sound after a click or tap.
  • Open Settings and check the Music and Effects volumes.
  • Check the device volume and that it is not set to silent.
Where are my settings and best times saved?

On your device, in your browser. There are no accounts, so they are saved per device and per browser: a different phone, or a different browser on the same phone, starts fresh. Clearing your browser’s site data, or using a private window, removes them. See the privacy policy for exactly what is stored.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@razakigames.com and tell us:

  • your device and its system version (for example, iPhone 13 on iOS 18);
  • the browser and version;
  • whether you used keyboard, gamepad or touch, and your Quality setting;
  • what happened, and what you expected, and roughly where on the track;
  • a screenshot or short screen recording, if you can.
